Download Element Definition is not working using Payroll Batch Loader.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When using Payroll Batch Loader
Task Action Name: Quick Create - Global Earnings being available

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using the PBL to download an Element Definition and use that definition as a basis to create a batch of other Elements which has similar Element definition;
2. Using Flow Pattern 'Create Batch for an Object' for an Object 'Element';
3. Task Action Name : Quick Create - Global Earnings is Missing.
