Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Functional Setup Manager

Product Group not getting imported

Tried importing the Product groups using import multiple times but the import is getting "Unsuccessful". Error file is also not generating.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a new file import activity
2. Upload product groups
3. Get error
