User Is Not Notified When An ESS Process Has Completed and Notification Requested (Doc ID 2510003.1)

Symptoms

Username for the environments is the email address.

In stage environments users are not being notified when an ESS process is complete.  In the Production environment this works fine.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 

Changes

 In stage environments some users set a fake email address in order to avoid sending emails accidentally.
