Proxy Error When Creating Declarations and When Viewing Declaration Lines (Doc ID 2510006.1)

Symptoms

A Proxy Error is displayed when you try to create a Declaration. The process runs for around 5 minutes and finally displays


The same error is displayed when you try to open Declaration Lines from the header.

When you click on the Declaration Lines tab on the UI, there is no response for around 5 minutes and finally the Proxy Error gets displayed.
