Symptoms
Dock Scheduling Workbench performance is poor.
When dragging an dropping resources to the Appointment Chart it takes up to 40 seconds for the data to appear.
Steps to replicate:
1. Operational Planning -> Appt Mgmt -> Dock and Yard Managers -> search for a specific location
2. Select it, then Actions, Manage Appts
3. Drag an drop an appointment onto the grid
4. Select save
