Symptoms

A user receives the following error after clicking on a link that should take the user to another Oracle Taleo sub LearnCenter:

You are not authorized to access this sub LearnCenter. Contact your LearnCenter Administrator for assistance.

Changes

In Release 19A on February 15, 2019, a new Insert/Edit Dynamic Links option was made available in the WYSIWYG editor for LearnCenter Designer pages. This option allows the creation of dynamic links to pages in other sub LearnCenters.
