DB SYSTEM - Can Not Login After updated wrong yum repository and Installing Wrong Bash Packages with that repo - Server Refused to connect using ssh (Doc ID 2510144.1)

Symptoms

 dbsystem operating system is EL6 and by mistake customer have installed a wrong yum repository, public-yum-ol7.repo instead of public-yum-ol6.repo. During the installation of the nano rpm packages

Now No conectivity to make new SSH connection to the dbsystem server.- Customer has previous session running



Below packages were installed with wrong repos


 yum list installed "*el7*"
Loaded plugins: kernel-update-handler, security, ulninfo

glibc-devel.x86_64 2.17-260.0.15.el7_6.3 @ol7_latest
glibc-headers.x86_64 2.17-260.0.15.el7_6.3 @ol7_latest
nano.x86_64 2.3.1-10.el7 @ol7_latest


 uname -a

Changes

 

 wrong repo installed and installed the nano package with that new repo

EL 7 repo should not be installed on EL6 linux servers
