When attempting to post the journals
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Unable to post the Journals - Funds Status Failed -Insufficient Funds

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Journals dashboard >> Manage Journals >> Search Un-posted Journals

2. Click on Post

3. Error occurs with a prompt -- "Insufficient Funds", even for those journals which are not having any budget accounts associated to them
