Category URL Slugs Updated In Admin But Not Reflecting On Storefront

Customer is facing an issue when a category which was renamed and its URL slugs were regenerated. However, the updated category & subcategories' URLs sometimes are shown correctly and after few days it shows old url slugs then this issue occurs and it gets resolved but we have seen the pattern the issue does occur after every few days we see the old URL slugs.
Points to note:
1. But issue can not be replicated all the time it occurs after every few days.
2. Issue can be replicated after clearing cache or incognito mode
A category which was renamed and its URL slugs were regenerated
