Custom Sales Manager Role not able to see OOTB Infolets (Doc ID 2510629.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Analytics

When attempting to access infolets, the following error occurs.

Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).


State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)


State: HY000. Code: 43113. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)


State: HY000. Code: 27046. [nQSError: 27046] Inaccessible column: "Time"."Year".
Please have your System Administrator look at the log for more details on this error. (HY000)


This is happening to one user with Custom Sales Manager role

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with UserA
2. Navigate to Sales Infolets
3. Error occurs.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access sales infolets
