Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Global Payroll

When attempting to delete Invalid status Journals from Payroll,
tried to Unfreeze ( Setup and Maintenance> Manage Journal Source > Freeze Journals - set to No), but still Delete is greyed out.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. attempting to delete Invalid status Journals from Payroll;
2. Unfreeze ( Setup and Maintenance> Manage Journal Source > Freeze Journals - set to No);
3. Delete option is greyed out.

Details:
The correct entries have been posted from Payroll to GL, so user want to delete the Invalid journals.
