Users are not Partner Logged in When Creating or Opening a Quote from CRMOD (Doc ID 2510825.1)

Symptoms

Beginning in CPQ version 18C, users are not automatically partner logged in when creating or opening a quote from CRMOD. This behavior does not allow the integration to complete.

If the "Partner Login" button is enabled, users can click on it to manually partner login. After this, actions will run the integrations, as a valid session is established. If there is information imported upon creating a quote, users will have to go back to CRMOD and create a quote again after the manual partner login.

Changes

The environment was upgraded to version 18C or newer.
