Symptoms

While running Data Load Rule manually through Data Management, it is getting completed successfully. However when triggered 'Data Load Rule' through FCCS Close Manager, the same task is failing at the last step - "Export data to Consolidation application" and error shows as "User epm_default_cloud_admin does not exist for this application".
