Symptoms
"dbaascli patch os list" returns "There is an OS patch available with 'Low' severity". This message is supposed to be resolved by installing OS patch with running "dbaascli patch os apply", but even after running that this message won't disappear.

The version of Cloud Tooling is 18.3.3 or later
