Upload Failed Message Uploading Documents to Document Manager (Doc ID 2511037.1)

Symptoms

On : Unifier 18.8.x

When attempting to upload files to document manager,  the upload window goes away and the upload status window shows "Failed".

ERROR

Upload Status: Failed

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. From within Unifier, choose any project or shell
  2. Navigate to Document Manager > Documents
  3. Attempt to upload a document.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot upload any documents to the document manger.
