Candidates show as having Assessment results in Taleo even though they have not yet completed the assessment and the Provider has not yet posted results back to Taleo.

This issue is difficult to see because the "false" (unexpected) Overall Recommendation is displaying for only a brief time - after the candidate email is sent but before the candidate clicks on the email link.
