Goal

SR NUMBER & ACTION TITLE NOT INCLUDED IN ACTION PLAN


1. Describe how the current product is insufficient.

Action Plan History doesn't include SR Number as well as Action Title.


2. Provide a detailed description of the Enhancement Request.

We have activated Status attribute for Action Plan Audit. When we saw the
audit report we find that even though auditing is getting captured correctly,
audit report generated doesn't have SR Number or Action Name who's status has
been changed.


3. If possible, identify how the product can be changed to achieve the
desired result.

Add or provide an option so as to add attributes like SR Number, SR
Title, Action Plan title etc in Action Plan Audit Report.


4. Explain why Oracle Development should consider the Enhancement Request.

Since these attributes are not there we feel a need to add these via ER.


5. Describe how this Enhancement will benefit the Customers business.

It will be easy to identify for which SR, action plan attributes are
changed.


6. Is this Enhancement affecting an implementation milestone?

Yes.


7. Please provide and describe the business flow that is affected by this
Enhancement.

Audit report generated does;t have important SR attributes.
