Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Locations having In_Transit Units and "Rebuild In Transit Units" function is not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The location should not have In_Transit when the Inventory present on Location.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Locations UI.
2. Filter by Locations.
3. Verify the In_Transit Units.
