Journals Are Not Appearing In Requiring My Approval Tab (Doc ID 2511548.1)

Symptoms

At present the user is only able to approve journals via the notifications icon but he is not able to see the approval notification in "Requiring My Approval" tab.
Please help to configure Oracle so that he can see the "Requiring my approval" tab?
