Symptoms
When attempting to load Documents Of Record (DOR) or any ZIP file with attachments (in BlobFiles folder) using HCM Data Loader (HDL), the following errors are seen:
- This DocumentAttachment row cannot be processed. The file ABCD.pdf referenced by the File attribute does not exist in the BlobFiles folder. (HRC-1035284)
- The file BlobFiles\ABCD.pdf has an invalid file extension. The file extension must be dat. (HRC-1035257)
- No objects can be loaded because no valid objects exist. Review the error messages, correct the data, and resubmit the data in a new file. (HRC-1035405)
These errors are usually seen when the ZIP file is created by a custom program (this is usually done to automate HDL loads).
Upon unzipping the file, manually re-zipping it and loading it again manually, the file is usually processed successfully.
