Error 'Unable to connect to: /bp/mod/w/tasks/shells' When Attempting to Create a BP Record (Doc ID 2511815.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a Business Process record, the following error occurs.

Unable to connect to: /bp/mod/w/tasks/shells

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Primavera Unifier environment.
  2. Go to "Home" workspace.
  3. Expand Master Log - Business Processes.
  4. Click on the BP node.
  5. Attempt to create a new record.
  6. Note reported error.
