Account Assignment Error ZCA 210029 And The Process Is Freezing (Doc ID 2512406.1)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

  1. Open "Accounts" > drill down to a specific Account
  2. Click on "Actions" >  Run Assignment
  3. A pop-up is displayed with "Territories are not assigned to Sales Account - ZCA 210029" , and after pressing "OK", the process does not continue, the pop-up window remains open, and the user has to refresh entirely the page ot to click on the "Go back one page" in the browser to get rid of the pop-up error.
