On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Rule Based Lead Assignment Not working



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The expected behavior is that the Leads are assigned correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Lead Assignment Rule in Manage Sales Lead Assignment Rules ->> Sales Lead Resource Rule Category
2. Create Lead from Eloqua
3. See that the lead is not assigned

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign leads created in Eloqua.
