OAC: Data Sets In The Data Elements Pane Show Spinning Icons (Doc ID 2512492.1)

Symptoms

After migrating from the Development instance to the Production instance via Snapshots, the following behavior is observed in the Production instance :-

1. Open a migrated Project and see there is a spinning icon to the left of the migrated Data Sets in the Data Elements pane in the Visualize page 

2. Create a new Project and add a migrated Data Set, and see the spinning icon is observed

3. Create a new Data Set and add it to a new Project, or to a migrated Project and see the spinning icon is **not** observed

The spinning icon is persistent; however it does not impact any other functionality and the user can create filters, create visualizations, expand the data set etc.
