Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
3 workers for whom we are unable to add the correct Salary Basis and Payroll. I believe this is being caused by a data mismatch between the LE and the PSU, as they are unmatched on the workers' records.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1) Worker 30155XX is currently assigned to LE XYZXYZT (which is set up as a PSU), but the PSU shown on his employment record is WQWQWQ (note this was his LE from his prior WR). When we try to assign Payroll as Vietnam Monthly, page only allows Singapore payrolls. And when we try to assign Salary Basis as VN Annual Salary, get error (CMP_1005344).
2) Worker 30163YY is currently assigned to LE XYZXYZT (which is set up as a PSU), but the PSU shown on his employment record is WQWQWQ (no prior WR). When we try to assign Payroll as Indonesia Monthly, page only allows Singapore payrolls. And when we try to assign Salary Basis as ID Annual Salary, get error (CMP_1005344).
3) Worker 30211ZZ is currently assigned to XYZXYZT (which is set up as a PSU), but the PSU shown on his employment record is WQWQWQ (no prior WR). When we try to assign Payroll as Indonesia Monthly, page only allows Singapore payrolls. And when we try to assign Salary Basis as ID Annual Salary, get error (CMP_1005344).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. manage payroll relationships
2. add PSU
3. the right payroll definitions are not listed
