PBCS/ EPBCS: Unable to Access Dashboards on Tablet or Phones

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Dashboards created in the Cloud Application are not visible when accessed from Tablets or Phone. It doesn't seem to be security related issue as security administrator of the application also cannot access dashboards from mobile devices.
When new dashboards are created from a mobile device it is not displayed after it has been saved.
