MFCS Export Batches In Delta Mode Create Zero Byte DAT Files (Doc ID 2512644.1)

Symptoms

RMS export batches in delta mode creates zero byte DAT files when there are no deltas in the Staging table to be processed and the same DAT file is zipped and placed in the RMS SFTP location which is not correct.

EXPORT_DIFFGRP_JOB
EXPORT_MERCHHIER_JOB
EXPORT_ORGHIER_JOB

1) Log into POM application.
2) Run the following export delta batches.

  EXPORT_ORGHIER_JOB
  EXPORT_MERCHHIER_JOB
  EXPORT_DIFFS_JOB
  EXPORT_DIFFGRP_JOB
  EXPORT_VAT_JOB
  resa2dw

3) Zip file will be created in RMS SFTP Host.

4) Unzip the file and notice that DAT file created is a zero byte file.

Issue 2
ReSA will reject RTLOG upload even upon success with 0 byte sized RTLOG reject.
