Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version,

When attempting to upload the bank details (Create external bank accounts), the following error occurs.

ERROR

JBO-56012: SQLException from preparing or executing sql statement with original Jbo error code JBO-26041. Please contact service provider on details.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Payroll Administration then click on Submit a Payroll Flow task
2. Choose the LDG then Flow patterns as Load Batch from File
3. Click next then enter the Parameters
4. Click next and then submit.
5. Click Ok and View Checklist.Click on Go to Task arrow.
6. Upload the file from your local machine.
7. Refresh the task and wait until you see all green right checks under status column which indicates the file was uploaded successfully into staging table.
8. Now go back to Payroll Administration Page but this time click on Submit a Process or Report task. Choose the LDG then Flow patterns as Transfer Batch
9. Repeat the step 3 back.
10. Click next and next then submit.Click on Ok and View Checklist.Click on Go to Task to view the errors and successful records. Then system will list out Errors and warnings.
So the common error for failed records is “JBO-56012: SQLException from preparing or executing sql statement with original Jbo error code JBO-26041. Please contact service provider on details
