Symptoms
When the query used the aggregate table : F_SHIPMENT_F_YEAR_MV and the Service Provider VPD Profile is not considered in FTI
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create VPD Profile and map it to FTI Users.
2. Ensure the query used in FTI has table : F_SHIPMENT_F_YEAR_MV
3. Check the dashboards with the queries.
