Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When attempting to fill in hours in the P6 Android mobile app, the following error occurs.


ERROR
-----------------------
Timesheet cannot be saved.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to P6 Team Member Android
  2. Update activities
  3. Observe error occurring


OTHER CONTEXT
-----------------------

Primavera App can't save data. User can enter data in P6 Hours but can't save or submit the data entered. The app gets stuck during submitting the data.
