Goal

 Confirm if below methods are still in place for Data Protection at Rest:-

1. Oracle Database Data Protection via TDE (Transparent Data Encryption)

2. Essbase Data Protection via security filters and a combination of Numeric data/Metadata (data description) split as numbers do not have meaning without metadata (encrypted and stored in the relational database)

3. Access to Data at Rest is Governed by the Oracle Break Glass Process
