Symptoms

GL Journal Approvals error for Position based Approval

The customer implemented an approval chain for three levels position Approval. The error appears when the first approver initiate the approval workflow.
Error Message:
The journal approval process has stopped due to a system error. Contact your help desk. (FUN-720342)
