Goal

Entered CJPN in original format which has special characters like 12.345.678/0001-91, and got the Error ZX-885653. After reviewing few KMs understood to enter the CJPN without special characters as 16 digit string, even after entering the CJPN without special characters like 12345678000191 we are getting Error ZX-885653, why?
