Fusion Compensation: WFC: Field Order In Worksheet Export Incorrect and not matching Admin Report (Doc ID 2513233.1)

Symptoms

In Worksheet Export (both online and in excel export) the order of the field is not matching the order from worksheet.
For example, the Worksheet Export has the Current Annual Base Salary as the last field. Whereas the Complete Data screen has Local Region Payout % as the last field, which is correct.
In the Configure Page Layout the Current Annual Base Salary has Default Sequence 503 where Local Region Payout % is 808 and the last field.
