Reset Password Emails are not received For A Site When Multi-Sites Are Present (Doc ID 2513391.1)

Symptoms

Reset Password Emails are not received by customers of a site (site-A) when multi-sites are created. While on another site (site-B) it is working as expected.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open storefront site-A
2. Click on Login, select forgotten password
3. Enter email id and click on Ok
4. Reset password email is not received

While for site-B reset passwords emails are received

Changes

 Customer has multi sites created 'site-A' and 'site-B and Forgot password template of 'site-B' is V2 whereas the template version of 'site-A' is V1.
