On : 11.13.18.10.0 version, Revenue Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------


Accounting Entries Not Created

Customer created an accounting contract 3007 with Satisfaction Method = Require Complete and Satisfaction Measurement Model = ORA_MEASURE_QUANTITY_SATISFIED.
Contract is created with no issues. They ran the Identify Customer Contracts. Revenue Recognized displays $1100. However when they try to view Accounting Entries, there are none.

Create Accounting Execution Report error:

There are events which could not be processed because no data could be found in transaction objects. Cause: Some events could not be processed because no data exists in the transaction objects. Action: Enable the profile option SLA Enable Diagnostics, create accounting again, and submit the process Accounting Event Diagnostic to identify the problem.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- Created an accounting contract 3007 with Satisfaction > Method = Require Complete and Satisfaction Measurement Model = ORA_MEASURE_QUANTITY_SATISFIED.
2.- Ran the Identify Customer Contracts. Revenue Recognized displays $1100.
3.- Review Contract > Actions > View Accounting Entries
