ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Some items are not available for creating work orders.

Trying to create work orders for items for which work definitions exist. Items not showing when the user searches for them.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Items should be available in search to create work orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Work Execution > Task list: Manage Work Orders
2. Click plus icon (Add) to create Work Orders.
3. In Search and Select: Item pop-up, enter item and search (click OK).
4. 'No results found' is returned.
