Symptoms

All Business Unit values are shown in Invoice Workbench,
Although these Business Unit is not assigned with User in Manage Data Access for Users Page.

Reproduce Steps

1.Navigate:Payables > Invoices
2.Select Create Invoice menu
3.Open Business Unit LOV
