Goal

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Crediting

All Transactions in Credit Error

Overnight all the transactions in our Cloud application (majority of them) have gone into credit error. Just the manual transactions are in credited state.
We do not know what has gone wrong suddenly? Till Yesterday everything was working correctly and the transactions that were credited before are also un-credited for some reason?
We ran Deploy Credit credit rules and Crediting and Rollup and that resolved the situation but we want to know what happened.
