PRC:SSP: Is There A Way To Associate/Match Create Noncatalog Requisitions Item Type Values To Line Types (Doc ID 2514084.1)

Create Noncatalog Request
Currently,  Create Noncatalog Request does not show Line Type, only Item Type and Item Type has only  2 values available:
Goods or Services Billed by Amount
Goods or Services Billed by Quantity

Is there a way to display line types/tie these values to line types available during the purchase order creation?

If it is not an option, Is there a way to change the line type in lines created in a purchase order created from a Noncatalog requisition?
