STAKE_PROD_LOC.PROCESSED Column Not Getting Updated to 'S' for Cycle Counts Although No Error During Nightly Batch Cycle (Doc ID 2514237.1)

Symptoms

After STKMTH batch run, STAKE_PROD_LOC.PROCESSED column remains set to 'N' for cycle counts with STOCKTAKE_DATE after the end of month. It may be noted that counts were updated on STAKE_SKU_LOC before nightly batch run , all the nightly batches ran and there was no issue was reported. However STAKE_PROD_LOC.PROCESSED did not get updated to 'S'.
