Symptoms

Same Serial Number assigned to configured items and ATO Model though Organization Parameters has serial uniqueness set to "Within Inventory Model and Inventory Items".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect serial number will be unique within model and serial number.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a back to back order.
2. On submitting the sales order, work order is generated.
3. Work order generates serial number with same serial number assigned to configured items and model.
