PPRs With Issues Not Visible In Overview Screen (Doc ID 2514358.1)

User created a new PPR and after submitting the PPR, then searched via the Manage Payment Process Requests screen and found a batch that had issues.

But after submitting the PPR ,why can't we easily see those in the Payment Overview screen? There are additional tabs on the Overview screen that we can search for Completed and Terminated requests - why not requests with issues that Require Attention? The first part of the Overview screen under "Payment Process Requests" defaults to "Requiring Attention", but these don't show up.
