Blank Columns Appeared In Cost Centre Hierarchy In Enterprise Structure Report (Doc ID 2514508.1)

Symptoms



Blank columns appeared in Cost Centre hierarchy - Tree Version and Enterprise Structure Report.

After moving several cost centres in the account hierarchy, with drag and drop,  some blank columns appeared on the tree version extract, and Enterprise Structures report. No new segments were added to the hierarchy.

Used drag and drop to move the cost centres under different parent values. On the enterprise structures report the lowest level parent is in the Level5 column and Level1-Level4 columns are blank.


Changes

 Changed the hierarchy's with drag and drop.
