Individual Synchronisation of Outlook Contacts

We have the issue that too many contacts are synchronized to the Outlook to the admin users of our system. Since the Admins can see every contact and every account they all would be synced to their outlook. In order to avoid that we are using filters, but the right field for the filter is missing so far. Our oiptimal solution would be a field which is similar to the favorite field on contacts, where each user can select an individual value for him or herself and based on this field we set the filter for the Outlook sync. Is it possible to create a field like this?
We don't want to use the favorite field because we still want to use it for different purposes.
