Symptoms

Cost Element Comparison Graph shows the material cost by adding up the transaction cost of material with the unit item cost.
The graph on the compare inside the view item costs shows incorrect value. Depicts unit cost as 29.96 when it is actually 11.85.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Cost Element Comparison Graph would show the cost element cost and would not add up the transaction cost to item cost.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Costing > Cost Accounting
2. Task list > Review Item Cost
3. Query for an item.
4. Pick a miscellaneous receipt and a PO receipt for comparison.
5. Click on compare
6. Review the graphs and see the value in Cost Element Comparison Graph is incorrect.
