Information in this document applies to any platform.
On the landing pages of the Service requests - they are not refreshed automatically (for example - if a Service request status has been updated by a different user the saved search will not show the updated status without any action by the user who does not even aware that such a change has been made)
Customer wants to have a "refresh" button or auto-refresh feature for this.
