NullPointerException Prompted When Trying to Invoke a Report From a Custom Action (Doc ID 2514715.1)

Symptoms

A Custom Action has been configured to generate a Report. The report generation works fine from Report Manager. When Users Click on the Action to generate the Report, following Error is observed.
