Symptoms

When editing a My Tasks widget configuration in the Oracle Taleo LearnCenter at Control Panel > LearnCenter Designer > Widgets, the check boxes for the options under Display the following Enrollments and ILT Sessions on the Display tab are greyed out and a red circle/slash ("No") symbol appears.
