On :  11.13.18.10.0 version, Close Accounting Period-Close Ledgers

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When running the FRS reports the data for the new BU 4XX does not display information for USD. The translation process for GBR  to USD completed successful

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For this Translated data to appear on the FRS report

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run FRS Report
2. Change data from GRB to USD
3. See that no data will appear.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot see the data in USD. Only GBR displays.
